It is my delight to introduce this edition of Volume 34 Issues 3-4 of the Orient Journal of Medicine (OJM). The articles we published in this issue are very engaging, reflecting contemporary trends, in breadth and diversity of topics.
I commend this Issue to our readers, we appreciate the efforts of the reviewers of this issue and say thank you to everyone who makes this issue possible. With this collective effort, we have been able to produce an issue that contributes new insights to our increasingly complex fields.
